While sitting with her sister, Alice saw a white rabbit scurrying across the field saying i’m late. She followed the rabbit down a rabbit hole. After falling for a long time she came to a 3-legged glass table with a bottle on it. She drinks it but she shrinks. She finds a piece of cake  witch that reverses the effects. Right now in Alice's adventures in the Wonderland, Alice is curious young and innocent. When she goes down the hole she loses her innocence. We figured this out because we’ve been learning colors and digging deeper into things like this. The color of Alice dress that Alice was wearing when she was falling down the hole was white, and white stands for purity. Alice was falling down a black hole which stands for death or the end. When we put that together that gave us a hidden message which is Alice is a young girl losing her innocence. I think that this is sums up the whole chapter because that’s basically what the whole chapter is about a young girl losing her innocence and that’s what we had to make a connection toward

A lot of teens are out here getting pregnant because of their decisions. They want to have sex like everyone else is, they go to parties, then they get drunk and things happens. They wake up  thinking it was just a one night stand, when really they are carrying a baby inside of them. After they finally get tested then they start panicking and talking about how they don’t want to tell their parents. So they tell a very close friend and then they go online and look for other possibilities. Once they come across the abortion process some of them would just go get an abortion. I would say this relates to Alice because Alice was a young innocent girl who just was very curious. This is our world, it’s filled with young innocent girls who are curious and want to fit in with the in crowd. By them being curious this is what happens . “Alice had not a moment to think about stopping herself before she found herself falling down a very deep well.”  In today’s world girls want to be with the cool kids, or wants to that cute boy to notice her. its making little girls at the age of six put on makeup and heels. At that age they are not ready for that yet. Alice is not ready for that. She’s still a young girl who stills cries. She being forced into a situation where she is rushed to be grown up.
